The countdown has begun – soon you will be guests at Resort Città Romana! Time to relax, enjoy the beach and nature, and truly get away from it all. In this email we already give you a preview of everything that is possible during your stay. Let the anticipation begin.
Practical information
What time can I check in?
Have you reserved 1 or 2 nights? Then you are welcome at our resort from 12:00 PM.
Have you reserved 3 nights or more? Then you are welcome from 3:00 PM.

Can I check in during the evening or at night?
Our reception is open Monday to Friday until 8:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday until 6:00 PM. If you arrive later than these times, please contact us at +31 181 334444 or via receptie@cittaromana.com.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
We ask for a deposit of €250 per stay. This will be refunded within 5 working days after departure, provided the accommodation has been left in a neat condition.
What is available in the accommodation?
Our holiday homes are fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Upon arrival, the beds are already made, and twotowels per person are provided. In the kitchen you will find a hand towel, dish towel, cleaning cloth, and everything you need for your first cup of coffee or tea.
Would you like extra convenience upon arrival? You can choose options such as a grocery package, snack package, or even a decorated house. These additional services can easily be booked through the app.

Travel companions
For a smooth check-in, we kindly ask you to fill in the details of yourself and your travel companions in the My Città Romana environment. You can easily do this via the“Guest details” button, where you will be asked to enter the first name, last name, and date of birth of all travelers. Of course, you can also provide this information during check-in at the reception, but this may result in a longer check-in time.
Swimming Pool and Sauna
To access the swimming pool, you will need a personal code. This code consists of the last 4 digits of your reservation number and can be requested at the reception at any time.
Enter the code on the panel to the left of the sliding door of the swimming pool and confirm by pressing #.
For even more relaxation during your stay, you can use our Finnish sauna for €12.50 per hour. You can easily reserve the sauna in advance by calling +31 181 334444 or by sending us a WhatsApp message.
