House rules
Groups
You are also welcome with your group at Resort Città Romana. However, please note that the resort always reserves the right to cancel a booking, depending on the composition of the group.
Youth
Resort Città Romana only accepts reservations from guests who are 21 years or older. Reservations made by persons under 21 will not be accepted. The villas at our resort are not rented to youth groups looking for a venue for parties or similar activities, as we want to ensure peace and relaxation.
Groups over 21 years old can book on request. Following your reservation, Città Romana will contact you and ask some questions to determine whether the reservation can be confirmed. Upon arrival, Città Romana reserves the right to refuse a group at check-in, or to immediately evict guests who do not comply with park rules, without refund of the amount paid.
A deposit of €500 per villa is charged for groups of young people.
Deposit
Per villa we ask for a deposit of €250.00, which you will get back after your stay, provided the villa is left tidy and according to our conditions. For groups of young people, we ask a deposit of €500.00 per villa.
Pet
Your faithful four-legged friend is welcome at our resort. We charge a supplement of €30.00 for bringing your pet. Please note that dogs are not allowed inside our catering facilities. Your dog is of course welcome on the terrace!
