The swimming pool in our central building is a very nice pool to swim lengths. Swimming lengths has a lot of positive effects on your body. For example, swimming helps alleviate injuries, because the water makes you nearly weightless. Swimming asks a lot from your body and lungs, which means that your fitness will quickly improve. Aside from the improvement of your fitness, the strength of your muscles also increases. If you go swimming regularly, you will have a beautiful toned body.
